In-Person Training
Nothing beats live training. To see optimal results, it is crucial to work with a certified personal trainer for proper guidance. In-person training can take place in the comfort of your own home, or the BStrongFitness gym!
Prices listed are total for number of sessions per week and are based on the following weekly rates:
$95/session for 1x/week
$85/session for 2x/week
$75/session for 3x/week
MEAL PLANS
You can’t outwork a bad diet - so make sure that you’re taking care of the other 50% of your fitness. Meal plans provide macro guidance, and the option to create a more detailed, customized meal plan for you and your needs.
Since this is a personalized product, please expect delivery between 48-72 hours.
Strength Programs
Want to tackle your fitness independently but still need guidance? Snag a custom strength program to guide you straight to your results. Strength programs are designed in the form of 6-8 week training blocks to maximize muscle growth in the program.
3D Body Scans
Know your body…when you purchase a 3D body scan, we will dive into metrics to measure muscle mass, body fat percentage, and more. So whether you’re just getting started or monitoring progress, you’ve got metrics to refer to!
